That is why the Beenen organisation has been divided into a central project office that executes projects according to fixed, proven methods, and several service offices. The service offices operate from our various locations, which means that they are always located close to our clients, allowing them to quickly adapt to specific questions due to the fact that they work with multifunctional employees and have a pragmatic approach.
Within a matrix organisation, the project office and service offices are responsible for calculating, planning and coordinating the activities. The offices are supported by engineers and mechanics from the engineering and production departments.
